Unexpected behavior in source vs release when using "ShowReferenceTarget". #429

When using a config parameter "ShowReferenceTarget = False", the expected behavior is for the trial to begin without showing a reference target. This is how it works when running FPSci from the source using Visual Studio.

However, the reference target always shows up irrespective of the setting when using the latest release from the Releases page. This has been observed on the latest 2 versions, v23.04.01 and v23.01.03.

Found a relevant PR #426 from last year, maybe something changed when working on that.
