The problem is that when I use Nvbit I see a list of kernels that are different from the output of Nsight Compute and Nsight Systems. Not only I see that kernel X exists in Nsight while not exists in Nvbit, but also the order of common kernels are totally different.

This looks serious because Nsight Compute gives me an ID (kernel name X) which when I want to analyze that ID with Nvbit, I see a different kernel (Y).
