VULKAN_SDK_VERSION in isaac_sim.dockerfile expired #413

Please provide the below information in addition to your issue:

  1. cuRobo installation mode (choose from [python, isaac sim, docker python, docker isaac sim]):
  2. python version:
  3. Isaac Sim version (if using):

Issue Details

isaac_sim.dockerfile will build with error because:

ARG VULKAN_SDK_VERSION=1.3.224.1

which has expired in hhttps://sdk.lunarg.com/sdk/download/1.3.224.1/linux/vulkansdk-linux-x86_64-1.3.224.1.tar.gz.

We can edit dockerfile:

ARG VULKAN_SDK_VERSION=1.3.231.1
