Load bmp/tga files #14

Hello, I work at Quantic Dream, a french game studio. In the hope of getting better feedback in our functional tests suite, we've tried to replace pdiff by flip. We've been using it since a few months now, and the results are much better.

I had to make a few changes for our use-case, so here is a few small PRs in case you find any of those changes useful for flip.

Thank you for providing your tool and open-sourcing it.
