no testbed.exe #1239

(ngp) C:\Users\ASPL\Documents\NVIDIA_NGP\instant-ngp>C:\Users\ASPL\Documents\NVIDIA_NGP\instant-ngp\build\testbed.exe --scene data/lego

However, testbed.exe is not in the build and does not run.

The file's name changed, now it is called instant-ngp.exe.

@Epablom thanks for your reply. Is it true for Linux also? I could not find the testbed after building instant-ngp
