Parameter packs not expanded on Ubuntu 22.04 #1240

After following the build steps for Ubuntu given in the read me I'm met with an error when trying to build.

This is not a solution, but a possible workaround: https://github.com/NVIDIA/nccl/issues/650#issuecomment-1145173577 (tested on Ubuntu 22 / cuda 11.5 / g++ 11)
