Make timing a property of the location field as opposed to the campaign

@stevekuznetsov I don't have time to iterate on the schema right now - I am doing this project as a favor to @charlotteguard and I have already spent way more time than I planned to during a very busy holiday week. Feel free to refactor if you feel passionate about it!
