Instrument Navigation With Sentry Transactions #679

As per the docs it looks like we can be leveraging Sentry "transactions" for measuring performance of parts of the app over time. Anecdotally, navigation is a huge pain point for Android (xref #658). We can measure that if we instrument things.

Ancillary comment but the user interaction / gesture tracking support in there looks nice as well.
