BTAC Obs zone ids switching #724

Under observations - the right zone doesn't seem to be associating to the individual observation. The Tetons zone is coming in as Greys River and the Greys river ones are coming in as the Tetons. Can be checked via the website.

They also have non-zone areas like "Teton Village" that they use, we need to figure out how to get a hold of those.
