Brief Description

This PR provides a first draft for the user interface (UI) design document as discussed last week. The goal is to provide a platform to continue discussions on various aspects of the UI through the given examples in the design document.

Not In Scope

The document provides a discussion only for single point energy calculations. Storage of intermediate or final output data have not been discussed.
