Brief Description An action to build a docker image which contains the required packages in order to compile ParallelZone is added. This image is pushed into the nwchemex-project registry for future use.

The docker file to build the image is stored under the directory Docker. Ideally, any change happening in the dockerfile would trigger the docker image building/pushing action.
