how many well plates? ~50 plates max
Synchronized or staggered feeding (maybe 2 days feeding one day not?)?
Have 2 L of 1N HCl (reagent grade)
Have 1.5 L of 34-37% HCl (trace metal grade) (ask alex about what grade for caco3 spike)
make 2 cones artemia per feeding
artemia cone ~ 14L seawater
Need volumetric flasks and large volume graduated cylinders (1 and 2 L)
