@pmcelhany Just an update: I completely overhauled the round 1.5: megalopae from krill net preservation long based on what I found in the box o' crabs. I should have saved it separately as soon as I started, but I think there's a somewhat edited version of kate's preservation log. so you may want to re-download that into the repo just to have a "clean" version of it. Then maybe run the code with my new log (if you can) and see what kind of discrepencies there are....again, I'm sure clear as mud. Next up: round 2....

@dmperez89 Great you edited 1.5. Why don't you try to run the file with the R code. If you run into questions or want to try running it together, let me know and we can do a quick google meet.

@dmperez89 How is this going? I have a meeting with Alex this afternoon and I'd like to have an update.

@pmcelhany it's going ok, but I do have questions, so it might be nice to run it together to make more sense of it. I know tomorrow is a focus day, do you want to focus on this or meet Friday? Also, I'll shoot Alex another email about training/getting to UW, but you could also ask him about that this afternoon.
