Calcium enrichment station

Items for enrichment station. Alex prefers plastic rather than glass.

• [ ] Tape off area in lab for enrichment with yellow lab tape. Area should include enough bench space for filling wells and equipment.
• [ ] Mark all equipment in enrichment station with yellow tape. Alex uses electrical tape, but lab tape is probably OK too.
• [ ] Enrichment spike solution
• [ ] Pipettor to fill wells with 2.5ml seawater. (12 wells per chamber per enrichment day) Repeater pipette or standard?
• [ ] Pipettor to fill transfer dilution wells with 4.5ml of seawater (24 wells per chamber per transfer day).
• [ ] Pipettor for spiking seawater (150 ul)
• [ ] Pipette tips for all of the above
• [ ] Graduated cylinder to measure bubbled seawater for enriched spike (150ml).
• [ ] Beaker for mixing bubbled seawater and enriched spike (seawater volume = 150ml).
• [ ] 24-well plates for enriched zoea (1 per chamber per enrich day)
• [ ] 12-well plate (2 per chamber per enrich day and 2 per chamber per feed day)
• [ ] cut-off plastic pipettes to transfer zoea
• [ ] gloves
• [ ] kim-wipes to clean any spills.
• [ ] Yellow tape to mark enriched well plates
• [ ] Sharpie to label plates
• [ ] container for spiked seawater waste (We will probably toss this, but I check if it is worth saving enriched seawater to extract Ca43)

@dmperez89 Now have three stations: 1) natural 2) low enrichment[blue], 3) high enrichment[yellow]. Can you check that all three stations are set up with the supplies they need?
