Remove 'EGDB' from Survey123 Title #143

On initial screen what does EGDB stand for? Image

Under the 'Details' tab of Survey123 Connect we have the option to add a Summary. For now I put the following text but this can be modified.

"Form is used to collect a variety of measurements including: Rainfall Tips, Stage, Groundwater, Conductivity, and Temperature" Image
