Test survey update on new CSV #190

Business Need

Ensure that users have the latest Measuring Point CSV on their field devices

To Test

CSV File in media folder

Configure survey to force updates (see Devon's Teams message)
Change Measuring Point (e.g. display order)
Create new CSV file > upload to Portal
Verify if force update includes CSV

CSV as Portal Item or Feature Service

Can this sync automatically somehow?

Tasks

[ ] Enable force download (Devon)
- Via Survey123 website
[ ] Edit training PowerPoint to update page 3 to include step of starting collecting survey
- Forces download of updated CSV

Opening Survey123 when connected to the network automatically downloads latest CSV from Portal

Will happen when:

Before going to field
- Current training doc (Hydrologic-Monitoring-Project-Fieldwork-Instructions.pptx) has step to open Survey123 to get latest survey
- Need to add step to start collecting, which triggers CSV download
Returning to office to sync outbox
