Show Symbology as Default in Layer List

I noticed when looking at the layer list it would be better if the symbology was shown by default like in the legend instead of having to click on the triangle for each layer to see the symbology. It was a bit confusing in the meeting when we were talking about layers and you didn't already have the symbology memorized. People are more likely to be using the layer list since they're toggling, having the symbology as default would save a bunch of clicks and some users might not even know to click the triangle to see symbology.

I think this can be changed based on how we add the layers to the web map. There's a way to make it so the down arrow isn't needed to see the symbology
