some components have same name in snmp #2

found on a 4500 vss switch that its possible to have multiple temperature sensors with the same name in snmp...causes confusion with attaching events to components (unverified) and over-riding templates(verified)

this is probably a cisco bug. solution may be to tie the name into the host mib..dont want to use snmpindex with name as that can change...

if its a bug on this ios, probably wont fix this but may need to add something indicating that the bug is present. im looking into a fix.
