If I'm not mistaken, I believe you need the Homebrew Launcher on Wii U.

This doesn't export to an elf.

BTW, that's the big problem with the current homebrew development tutorials - they just assume your app is an elf and move on.

You run the payload with the browser using StageFright after the kernel hacks.
