time zone hour? #26

@wwieder I borrowed much of the flux workflow off your script in here, but I think (?) the timezone is wrong in EddyProc.C$sSetLocationInfo(LatDeg = latSite, LongDeg = lonSite, TimeZoneHour = -6). Isn't it in MST which is UTC-7?
