Add compiled hourly datasets #1

@SnowHydrology starting list of to-dos (1) Add the compiled & cleaned hourly datasets. How big are they? Possibly too big for github and we should just put them right in EDI. Need more info.

@SnowHydrology following up on this comment - it seems from your workflow docs that you did a fair bit of manual data munging to deal with header issues and formatting. I think(?) that you saved those in a workspace on your computer (research/site_data/r_code_workspaces/nwt_hrly_raw_import_FULLRUN.RData) and then generated some static files with the datetime formats correct (research/site_data/niwot/c1_hourly_raw_data_files/c1_hrly_met_data_all_NOQC.csv). Would it be possible for you to push the non-gap filled but otherwise aligned raw time-series to the git repo (or send to me)?
