I thought that the ETI Gauge was already being used, but I think it actually is not. There is currently no straight forward way to access these data until NADP NTN fixes their data access, it is exporting empty data sheets. See their note on this link.

This site NTN CO90 is the ETI gauge that is right next to C1 and should be included for infilling precipitation broadly.
