Unsearchable RSTB Additions #2

I'm opening this issue on behalf of ZoeyEule and xanderxhaj on discord. They've both experienced an issue on v0.3.7 where, upon opening a modified RSTB file, searching for an RSTB entry that they added yields no results. Oddly though, pressing "+" to add an entry under that name outputs Warning: The entry already exists. Did you mean to save instead?

This results in needing to modify or add to a freshly imported, unedited RSTB, which means either spending lots of time recalculating values, or repasting and adding from the list they have of RSTB paths and sizes

From what I can tell of the reports I've gotten, this is user-error. I will try to make the process more transparent though.
