reverse signup and signin button #132

The display of sign-up button and sign-in button might be reversed. Sign-in button should be at "inactive state" before the user enters the correct format of email and pwd. Sign-up button should be always "active state" before the user enters the correct login info.

Also when user first register. If they went back from details to email address, the create account button is disabled. This is a html error.
