Applications that get pushed through may not have required information completed, such as High School Info. This is particularly problematic for international students who then send their transcripts to be added to their application as supplemental items. Because Internationals have transcripts that do not conform to the US format it can be difficult to tell what is a HS transcript vs a College/University transcript and having the HS or College/Uni information already completed in the application speeds along the process of receiving the supplemental item.
