Financial Aid needs to be notified when a scholarship changes. #16

I want to see if there is a way to get an automatic alert to fin aid when a scholarship is adjusted on a student.

We discussed a process to generate an email and send to FA when a student is deferred. The criteria would be: term activity = closed and activity code = 'deferred' This hasn't been started and would need to be tested.

New Activity Code created: "Scholarship Change" and that will be used to generate an email to FA. The w/f that will do this hasn't been created yet b/c we are still reviewing how to integrate with our current process.

Casey, Jade created a w/f to solve the issue. We will demonstrate how this works when you return. FinancialAid@sft.edu needs to be added as a user in Recruiter in order to send an email notification for the w/f to work.
