Update Term Activity Form. Add field: activity code
To be used by work flows that create term activities
Review current term activities, emails generated and propose changes, as needed:
application started
application submitted
application completed
ready for review (email is generated)
application withdrawn (email is generated)
registered
Discuss/debate the need for new term activities, such as:
application confirmed (generate email). Edit other w/f that generate email from change on deposit received date field.
application denied (similar to withdrawn). Tie to activity code: [ADM] Deny
application deferred. Tie to activity code: [ADM] Move/Defer (generate email to FA)
application accepted. Tie to activity code: [ADM] Accept Summer (generate email to coordinator and director of adm)*
