(Flowchart will follow after initial concept is discussed.)

1# Coordinator - send "Obtaining Your I-20" form (part of acceptance packet for International students).

2# Student - email appropriate documents to Coordinator

3# Coordinator - review documents for completeness and, if complete, create a task, left open, with activity code: [ADM] I-20 request. Give file to Processing.

4# Processing - add documents to folder. Close task. Run w/f: I-20 request initiated. Among other steps* it will update the folder location to the Registrar and update the folder moved date.**

*w/f actions to discuss-- Do we want the w/f '1-20 request initiated' (or other name) to: send an email to the Registrar and copy Coordinator? This can be in place of or in addition to the other w/f that sends the Registrar an email when an International student is Enrolled.

5# Registrar - issue I-20 or decline request. Do we want some sort of email notification from the Registrar (perhaps a reply to the automated email from Recruiter)?

6# Processing - update Recruiter with date I-20 issue received. And all other materials that were received along with the I-20 process.

**Is this the appropriate time to mark received in the supplemental items list the materials that are sent in the I-20 application process (ex. Bank Statements, Passport photo, etc)? Or do we want to wait till the I-20 is issued and update Recruiter and the folder checklist?
