This workflow looks at the activity code placed on tasks. Below are child work flows that are meant to run according to the activity code used. Currently, the [ADM] Accept Summer has been added to the workflow by Jade. And the rest are pending.
[ADM] Accept Summer - prepares an Acceptance email with attachment. Sends to Coordinator.
[ADM] Deny* - adds a denied date on the term and updates the Prospect Status.
[ADM] I-20 Request - marks the Supplemental Item "I-20 Application" received.
[ADM] No Interest - updates the Prospect Status from Inquiry to "No Interest."
[ADM] Withdraw* - adds a withdraw date on the term and the contact, and updates both the Final Term Status and Prospect Status.
*[ADM] Deny and [ADM] Withdraw are active dialogs as well. The dialog will be run for requests, such as verbal or email requests, which do not have a task. The dialog asks for a reason, which the w/fs do not ask because the reason is given on the task.
