Bug: Select component down arrow not working #72

Repro steps:

  1. Visit https://staging-capitalplanning.nycplanningdigital.com/, or run ae-cp-map locally
  2. Try to open one of the filter menu Selects by clicking the down arrow
  3. Observe that the Select does not open, but it will if you click anywhere else on the Select

@dhochbaum-dcp This might be a good thing to pick up if you finish the research spikes and don't have any urgent CDNeeds work.
