Description

The OpenAPI specification is being updated in ticket ae-zoning-api 109. The kubb code should be regenerated to match this updated

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Kubb code is regenerated
- npm run generate
[ ] Code is refactored based on type errors
- npm run typecheck
- refactor to resolve type errors
