[ ] Work with EARD to determine how to filter PLUTO by land use or building type to output the desired subset
[ ] Add fields to clarify data (i.e. type of facility, based on use group) Mostly covered from CATS data (because generators), might not need a seperate layer from PLUTO based on Land Use

Closing because based on today's conversation these data are mostly covered by the CATS data (because these sites have generators); therefore, we do not need a subset of PLUTO with specific Land Uses, the certain number of each land use in the study area will just be reported by the app
