As a user with a study area I can see a map with my four quarters and the centroid locations of all census tracts around my study area
As a user I can see a table of my four quarters named for each cardinal direction that counts the total and auto-based journey to work and reverse journey to work

Implementation context

Study area is geographic (potentially population) centroid of selected census tracts

@pichot does the user have to click a button to advance to this view? or do we show this centroid+quadrants and additional table in the selection view, updating every time they add/remove a census tract?

@julialucyhogan The current assumption is that the user will press a button, as we're assuming the calculation will be expensive.
