Add walk and streetcar icons to modes #498

Walking and tram icons might not be available for version 4 of font-awesome. Need to upgrade this to version 5. This requires a refactor of all the places in the app that use font awesome, which might mean this issue takes longer than expected. This can be tagged as part of maintenance.

I'm going to finish the other designated issues before tackling this one, since it will be part of broader maintenance.

@kchanba to look up some icons in this version.

For now, we can simply keep FA4. And upgrade to FA5 later.
