Merge Dev into Master #248

Very Minor PR.

Notes: Merge change in COLP page to add main branch as an option in the dropdown. This was initially created by Te to have better flexibility in viewing the outputs of COLP. I am opening this PR now to see if I can get the deployed app to update with the most recent changes and seeing if this will fix the issue with the app or at least help debug

@mbh329 wanna merge this readme PR at about the same time too? looks like it's setup to go straight to master rather than dev
