due to sensitivity of the source data, data with PII must be stored on an encrypted drive. we'll be using a DCP network drive and DCP windows desktops

will likely have to install geosupport on my desktop and use python via jupyter notebooks

waiting for OTI to give DOE access to our secure Sharepoint folder so they can upload data to it
