ZAP tests failed here. cc @fvankrieken lol

This was likely due to a change in our ZAP credentials in 1password. On 5/1, OTI shared and instructed us to use a new Client Secret ID because our old one will expire. This failed after doing that.

For now, I've restored the old one and saved the new one as a separate item in that set of credentials.
