formula is wrong? confirm with population given: HOVacRtE = IF(VacSaleE=0,"",HOVacUE/VacSaleE*100) but should be: HOVacRtE = IF(VacSaleE=0,"",VacSaleE/HOVacUE*100)?

e.g.

using given we get HOVacRtE = 3627
using should be we get HOVacRtE = 2.75

confirmed, it should be the following HOVacRtE = IF(HOVacUE=0,"",VacSaleE/HOVacUE*100)
