doitt_buildingfootprints most recent version breaks #97

doitt_buildingfootprints update on Apr 25 2022 breaks our build step due to a geometry issue.

error message suggests the issue is with the new geometry no longer fit the hex geometry requirement (new version is 33 bit geometry) therefore need to be recast before the geometry could be created from binary file.

workaround: use older version of footpirnts for now until either confirming buildingfootprints is permanently moving to the new format or a new release goes back to the old format.

The branch merged in with pull request #101 is a temporary fix to use the last working version 20220410. This will need to be revisited in next update to see if the geometry issue for doitt_buildingfootprints persists.
