DOB NOW inconsistencies

• job_type field has new options (need to get mapped to possible values used in BIS)
  • New Building -> New Building
  • Alteration -> Alteration
  • ALT-CO - New Building with Existing Elements to Remain ?
  • Alteration CO -> Alteration?
  • No Work (is this relevant?)
• bldg_class contains mix of integer codes and text descriptions
  • BIS: numbers
  • NOW: other, 1-3 family, null

    bldg_class doesn't have downstream impact on logic. we are getting less granular info from dob now

Road Block

• costestimate has dollar signs for BIS but not for NOW #453
• job_status is empty for all NOW records (on hold, #436) and job_inactive depends on job_status
• ownership is empty for all NOW records (on hold, #449)
