self-hosted runner down #485

self-hosted runner by digital ocean is down. Testing two ways to solve this

  1. Use the github-hosted runner. Possible roadblock on this is the size of the entire project must be under 16G by github hard-capped limit
  2. Use a new self-hosted runner and shut down the current one. It would take a little bit of set-up to do so. But might be easier than debugging the current one with limited customer support from DO.
