datepermit field is NULL for all records where datasource = 'now'

• Find cause of issue and correct. Could be that field layout of DOB NOW data change and now fields are getting mapped to the wrong fields.

• confirmed date_statusr is NULL in _INIT_NOW_devdb, which is created here
• permitissueddate does exist and is not NULL in dob_now_applications
• If you create table from this script date_statusr is NULL.
• Is it true that all 51282 rows from DOB NOW that have a permitissueddate do not meet the criteria to be included?

All "permitissueddate" values in the DOB NOW source data are NULL for the subset of records that we include in DevDB. We select records that contain "New" or "CO" in the jobtype field and have a job number ending in 'I1.' Therefore, based on this there is no issue with the data in DevDB.
