Viewing the graphics in the current app makes me think of this point that it might be a good practice to filter down the scope of qaqc to records only after 2010 or at least give the users the options to do so. This will make the issue in the new records, if there is any, more pronounced which is one primary goal of the dev qaqc in my mind.
