Enhancement 22Q2: HNY and DevDB Join Table

Goal: Create a join table between devdb and HNY id where the relationship is one to one.

Housing preference for the join: collapse housing NY records to join onto HousingDB. Join to whichever housing DB record is first / just pick 1. Use case: what is the affordability breakdown in this neighborhood? Summing number of units – need to make decision on how to collapse other info (I.e. dates) that are not identical.

• hny_id (array if needed)
• job_number(pick one if many-to-one)
• project_name ( array if needed)
• project_start_date(earliest if needed)
• project_completion_date(earliest if needed)
• building_completion_date(earliest if needed)
• extended_affordability_ony(Yes, No, Mixed)
• all units field (sum one-to-many)
