Enhancement 22Q2: Remove Space in Address

It's noted by Housing team that some address still has a white space between house number and street name in the final address field. Some researching suggests that it is probably the _geo.sql where the join of the two happens. It is likely a simple misuse of the default option for the trim function.

I assume the issue is an extra white space and we expect one white space between street number and street

The extra white space I'm seeing is between east/west and the number off the street, like 105 WEST 75 STREET
