I ran into an issue when try to download dob_geocode_results to my local as the dob_geocode_results_pk index gets copied along with the table in the renaming of dob_geocode_results to _geo_devdb. Dropping the geo devdb solves the issue and makes sense from a design standpoint as we would overwrite it in the rename step anyways
