20Q2 - QAQC flag when BBL and census tract disagree between Geosupport and spatial join #62

Goal:

In QAQC report that flags records, records would be flagged if the GeoSupport and spatial join values disagree for record for a set of attributes. Need finalized list of attributes from HED.

This is no longer necessary in light of the conversation we just had about spatial join vs GeoSupport. Until GeoSupport is improved, we are prioritizing spatial join (apart from limited examples where the BBL is too large to be used effectively).
