Cleaned up some bad tests and changed some to work with new column layouts. Pretty simple, doesn't touch any functionality related to getting indicators out

@SashaWeinstein Looks to be git conflict with this commit - just related to the module imports at the top

Closing for now, too much going on and risk of git issues too high for payoff of these tests working
