PUMS demographics aggregation cleanup #187

Clean up PUMS aggregation output

  1. make sure geography columns are ordered
  2. replace dashes with underscores in column names
  3. write all files to demographics folder instead of giving them sub-folders

Goal is to get this out by noon tomorrow

Also round everything to two decimal places
