The reason this code was never run is that the population team ended up doing the associated calculations on the census data.
Currently we don't know who will do these calculations in future builds. If we settle on a process where population team always does the calculation, we should be sure to delete the relevant pages in the wiki as well as the relevant code.
The wiki currently has pages like Overview of replicate weights and Median Calculation that document code that was never run in the 2022 build.
